Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Lịch Nếp website published by xBook (xbookvn.com). By using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
Lịch Nếp is free: Vietnamese lunisolar calendar, date converter, auspicious days, printing, reference pages and Reminders. We may change, add or discontinue features; important changes will be announced on the site.
2. Accounts
Reminders require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Each account holds up to 200 reminders. You can delete your account at any time under Reminders → Manage account.
3. Google Calendar
With your permission, Lịch Nếp creates one calendar named “Lịch Nếp” in your Google Calendar and only adds, changes and deletes events in that calendar, based on the reminders you enter. Lịch Nếp does not read or change your other calendars. You can revoke access from your Google Account at any time. Your use of Google Calendar is also subject to Google’s terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Lịch Nếp to submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or try to access, overload or harm the system without authorisation. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Accuracy and liability
Lunar dates are calculated carefully but without absolute guarantee; auspicious-day content is cultural reference only (see the Disclaimer). Reminders depend on Google Calendar, your devices and your connection; double-check important dates. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
6. Copyright
Lịch Nếp’s design, content and source code are copyright xBook. You may print calendars and share images and links for personal, non-commercial use.
Third-party data: holidays of other countries come from the date-holidays project (data under CC BY-SA 3.0, compiled from Wikipedia); weather forecasts from MET Norway (CC BY 4.0); international days as listed by the United Nations; time zones from the IANA tz database.
